CRA started out as the Cabarrus Recovery Rally planning committee around 2017. A group of local folks--some in recovery, some recovery allies--whose sole purpose is to raise awareness about the realities of substance use and recover

We believe that knowledge is power. Most of what the average person knows about addiction is actually junk science and opinion. Once we learned for ourselves how addiction and recovery really work, it changed our lives. We are called to share what we've learned with YOU--our community.

We're working on building a Recovery Community Organization--or RCO--right here in Concord that will provide resources, education, advocacy, and peer support for those in recovery or still living with substance use.
